Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased for services, packages, retail items or specific dollar amounts and expire one year from the date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards will not be canceled and replaced without the required proof of original purchase. Telephone and mail orders are accepted with a VISA or MasterCard.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the prices of Services. In appreciation for outstanding service, gratuities may be given to staff at your discretion, but gratuity cannot be added to a credit card. We have made envelopes available at the Reception Desk for your convenience; or please see the Front Desk Team for assistance.
General Spa Guidelines
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. By arriving early, you’ll be able to relax and better enjoy your spa experience. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed, so if you arrive late, your spa service time may be shortened accordingly. If this happens, we will try to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your full service time.
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation when in the Spa area. Cell phones and pagers MUST be turned off or placed in silent or vibrate mode. If you need to be reached during your treatments, please let the Front Desk know you are expecting a call.
To enhance the quiet and relaxing environment of our Spa, and for health and safety reasons, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The upper floor is designated a quiet zone. Therefore, children under the age of 12 are not permitted upstairs.
We have both male and female technicians. If you have a preference for a male or female technician, please request this when scheduling and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We provide all of our guests a comfortable, overflowing robe, comfortable slippers, and a wrap to wear underneath the robe. We ask you to remove all jewelry during some treatments. Make-up will be removed before any facial treatments.
Wear comfortable clothes, unless you're going to a special event afterwards. If possible, don't wear any jewelry. If you're going to have a pedicure, wear sandals or other open-toed footwear.
